Who is Aafya Care for?
People looking for a personal space to explore emotions, journal, and bring moments of self-care into everyday life. You can use it during a difficult moment or when you feel joyful and want to connect with that feeling.
How will I use the app on my phone?
Aafya Care is a web app. Open it in your phone’s browser. An App Store download is not required. Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Your free check-in works in the browser, and Premium journal entries sync when you use the same account on your computer and phone.
What is free, and what does Premium include?
Your check-in questions, personal assessment, and basic results are free. Premium includes the private journal, Emotional Patterns, the Healing Toolkit, and guided practices. Product suggestions are optional; you do not need to buy oils or supplements to use Aafya Care. Some product links may be affiliate links.
How does the founding offer work?
The first 17 completed founding-member purchases receive a first year at $49 USD, a group Zoom with Aafya Care, and 50% off the then-current regular annual membership price for as long as Aafya Care offers that membership. Sign-ups and unfinished checkouts do not count as paid members. We will confirm your founding status by email after payment. The offer closes when all 17 places are sold. Discounts cannot be combined, and founding status belongs to your own account.
